Zone 3

Located within the central multifunction area of the studio, Zone 3 is an 8,094 sq ft enclosed secure unit. The zone is equipped with machine area and kitchenette plus a mezzanine floor for support staff or storage. It is most suited to a costume department allowing for machinery, workshop space, storage and office space. Access is via a roller shutter door. The zone contains gas heating via air handling units and radiators, fluro lighting, telephone and data points.
