Workshop 6

Located on the east side of Building 5 (opposite the residential housing), Workshop 6 is a 2,970 sq ft workshop. Access is via a roller shutter door (w: 7.5’ x h: 12.7’) Internally, approximately 50% of the workshop is 10.8’ high, extending to a height of 32’ for the remaining 50% of the space. Interconnecting doors between Workshop 6 and neighbouring Workshop 2 can allow for a double workshop if required. The workshop contains gas-heated radiators, fluro and high bay lighting, telephone and data points, sink containing hot and cold water, and adequate plumbing and electrics to service a construction department. The workshop is most suited for use as a props store, costume store or general storage.
