Workshop 4

Located on the west side of Building 4 (opposite building 10) at the stages end, Workshop 4 is a 3,540 sq ft workshop. Access is via two roller shutter doors (w: 15’ x h: 19’). The workshop contains gas-heated radiators, fluro and high bay lighting, telephone and data points, sink containing hot and cold water, and adequate plumbing and electrics to service a construction department. The workshop is ideal for use as construction space but can also be easily adapted to suit a props store, costume store or SFX workshop. At the front of the workshop is a 2,500 sq ft hardstanding apron suitable for containers, cabins or general storage.
