Workshop 13

Located in Building 10, Workshop 13 is the largest workshop in this area of the studio, with a clear footprint of 9,645 sq ft. Access is via a roller shutter door (w: 19.3’ x h: 19.3’). The workshop contains gas-heated radiators, fluro and high bay lighting, telephone and data points, and adequate plumbing and electrics to service a construction department. Being a large open plan space, this workshop is most suited to carpenters, SFX or action vehicles workshop. It can also be a useful space for stills shoots, crowd holding and dining. in Building 10, Workshop 12 At the front of the workshop is a 5,000 sq ft hardstanding apron suitable for containers, cabins or general storage.
