Workshop 11

Located in Building 10, Workshop 11 is a 6,345 sq ft workshop, consisting of a ground floor open plan workshop space, and a mezzanine space comprising of two offices and a kitchenette. Access is via a roller shutter door (w:19.3’ x h:19.3’). Toilets and showers rooms are located adjacent to the workshop. The workshop contains gas-heated radiators, fluro and high bay lighting, telephone and data points, and adequate plumbing and electrics to service a construction department. The workshop is ideal for use as a construction space but can also be easily adapted to suit a props store, costume store or SFX workshop. At the front of the workshop is a 2,500 sq ft hardstanding apron suitable for containers, cabins or general storage.
