Workshop 1
Located on the west side of Building 4 (opposite Building 10) at the Mill end, Workshop 1 is a 3,530 sq ft workshop that’s ideal for painters within the construction department, and contains a Dalby spray booth with an extraction and bake system. Access is via two roller shutter doors (w: 15’ x h: 19’). The workshop contains gas-heated radiators, fluro and high bay lighting, telephone and data points, sink containing hot and cold water, and adequate plumbing and electrics to service a construction department. At the front of the workshop is a 2,500 sq ft hardstanding apron suitable for containers, cabins or general storage.
