Mill A

Located next to Building 4, Mill A is an open 15,682 sq ft workshop space that’s ideal for use as a carpentry workshop. Access is via a roller shutter (w:15’ x h:19’) door and five pedestrian doors. Adjacent to the Mill is a fully functional shared sawmill to support the construction teams. Mill A contains gas-heated radiators, fluro and high bay lighting, telephone and data points, sink containing hot and cold water, and adequate plumbing and electrics to service a construction department. If required, Mill A and Mill B can be combined to create a 30,000 sq ft workshop space.
