On 24th April, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden proudly honoured Earth Day with a sustainability-focused event hosted in the Studio Café. The event brought WBSL staff and productions together to learn more about our commitment to building a greener future.
Visitors explored our long-term sustainability goals, with a focus on the studio expansion plan – from reducing our carbon footprint to designing more energy-efficient spaces. Alongside informative displays, the event featured a variety of interactive elements that brought our green initiatives to life.
Attendees had the chance to make their own delicious smoothies using spin bike pedal power, an interactive recycling bin that tested their waste-sorting skills and they were also able to take home a plant to nurture from our garden centre. Studio team members were on hand to share exciting updates about our future sustainability plans and answer questions.
It was a great day with a fantastic staff turn out.
