Dear Residents,
As part of the expansion of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL), we will be upgrading the street lighting around the new Southern Roundabout along Gadeside Road. This involves removing the existing lamp columns and replacing them with new low power high efficiency street lighting and Belisha Beacons for the pedestrian crossings. This will result in the removal of the temporary lighting and temporary Belisha Beacons. To safely complete this works, a temporary road closure will be required. To minimise disruption to the local residents and the studios, these works will be carried out overnight.
The works will take place over a maximum of ten nights between 11th May to 15th May, and 18th May to 22nd May, between 22:30 – 05:00.
Whilst the roads are closed, we may also be taking this opportunity to carry other associated works in the area. Please see below for details of the closure and diversion routes.
