Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden celebrated International Women’s Day on March 13th with an event packed with empowerment, fun, and support. Held at the Studio Café, the day featured a variety of fun activities, mental health support from Solas Mind, and CrewHQ training.

Attendees participated in self-defence demonstrations, gaining practical skills to boost confidence and safety. The Punch O’ Metre offered a fun challenge and encouraged women to unleash their power, while professional headshots helped women boost their credibility. The Zone 10 cycle for charity raised funds for Watford Women’s Centre charity.

Solas Mind provided valuable mental health resources, emphasising the importance of looking after your well-being, and CrewHQ led a session to combat imposter syndrome, empowering women to overcome self-doubt in their careers.
