It was a pleasure to join forces with the team at our on-site gym facility Zone 10 to celebrate World Health Day.
Two events were hosted throughout the day designed to promote health and fitness. Zone 10 members banded together for a virtual cycle from Leavesden to Land’s End, covering a whopping 339 miles accumulatively, whilst non-members were offered the opportunity to kickstart their fitness journey with free Spin and Circuits classes, with every attendee being automatically entered into a draw to win one month’s free membership at the gym.
