Crew HQ are launching a brand-new Trainee Programme for people looking to start a career working behind-the-scenes in film & TV production. The Programme has 20 entry level spaces available to apply for, and aims to develop new talent, as part of our wider work to build and retain a diverse and skilled workforce to meet the needs of the growing film & TV industry. No prior industry experience is necessary.
For successful candidates the training will take place from May to June 2024 and will be led by industry experts and crew in the CrewHQ training centre at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden. Trainees will get:
- Access to behind the scenes of a film or TV production.
- The best training possible from industry experts and crew.
- The chance to interview for paid placements on WBD productions.
- Networking opportunities with crew.
- Practical training on creating an impactful CV.
- Training on interview skills.
