Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden co-host Discussion on Flexible Working

Following Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden’s International Women’s Day Event earlier this year, we are continuing the conversation about flexible and part-time working in film and television production. This week we co-hosted a joint discussion on flexible working with The Production Guild of Great Britain, which covered a range of issues including part-time work, job sharing, flexible hours and childcare.

Questions to the panel included; How should the industry approach flexible working? How as a HoD can you support the requirements? What could be put in place logistically to support the needs?

The expert panel included:

Amelia Price – Production Co-ordinator

Emily Stillman – SVP, Studio Operations, WBSL

Gina Hallas – Production Accountant

Nick O’Hagan – Line Producer

Steve Clark-Hall – Producer

Chaired by Alison Small – CEO, Production Guild

We were pleased to welcome several Production Guild members, and people from many departments of production come together for a successful evening of discussion. We look forward to continuing the conversation.

A podcast of the event will soon be available via The Production Guild.
