Studio Operations Assistant
Are you looking to be the driving force behind Studio Operations? We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-driven Operations Assistant to join our lively team and help keep the heartbeat of the studios running smoothly. Supporting the Operations Manager and Coordinators, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless activity across our stages, workshops, and backlot areas, where creativity meets logistics and every day brings something new. From managing internal communications and enforcing studio policies to reviewing production schedules and distributing key shoot information, you’ll be right at the centre of the action. You’ll help coordinate site logistics, respond to real-time studio needs, and keep everything moving.
Facilities Assistant
Are you ready to be the backbone of everything that keeps a world-class studio running smoothly? We’re looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our dedicated team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy Facilities team. You’ll be the first point of contact for requests, coordinating planned preventative maintenance, and managing the flow of work through our Facilities Management systems. You’ll liaise with in-house technicians and third-party contractors to ensure everything from permits to urgent repairs is handled with speed and precision. From fielding client queries and issuing work orders to keeping our buildings and grounds compliant with UK legislation, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a first-rate experience for everyone working at WBSL. You’ll also help coordinate a range of administrative functions that keep our operations running like clockwork.
Electrical Maintenance Technician

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, managing, modifying, and repairing the lighting equipment that brings our productions to life. Studio Operations Coordinator (Office Services)

Studios Leavesden is looking for a highly motivated Studio Operations Coordinator to support our Studio Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and the wider Client Services & Operations team in delivering world-class service to our internal and external clients. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily activities, responding to client requests, and ensuring our studio spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Consumables and LED Assistant

We’re looking for a Consumables & LED Assistant to join our world-class Set Lighting team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our LED and Consumables department. This is your chance to work at the heart of one of the most creative environments in the industry, where innovation meets artistry, and every detail contributes to the storytelling power of film and television. You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our LED and consumables inventory, assisting with the preparation, distribution, and tracking of lighting equipment and materials. Working closely with technicians, you’ll help ensure everything is in place for shoots to run seamlessly. Your contribution will also include maintaining a well-organised and efficient workspace that keeps productions moving at pace.
Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team here and help maintain our world-class studio environment to the highest standards. Working closely with the Lead Facilities Technician and Facilities Administrators, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our premises are safe and well-maintained. You’ll carry out a wide range of tasks, from reactive maintenance and skilled jobs like painting and decorating, to supporting emergency responses such as burst pipes or diesel spills. During the winter months, you’ll also help with gritting paths to keep the site safe. You’ll also be bring multi-skilled experience across areas such as carpentry, painting and decorating, confident use of hand tools, and general maintenance. While primarily based at our Leavesden site, occasional off-site work may be required.
PAT Tester
Ever wondered what powers the lights on a blockbuster film set? Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is looking for a passionate and hands-on PAT Tester to support our Set Lighting department. In this role, you'll help ensure our electrical equipment is safe and ready for action, whether it's heading out to a production or returning to the warehouse. You’ll also be playing a key role in supporting the Lighting Warehouse team, assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment to keep productions running smoothly If you're ready to be part of the team that keeps the lights shining on some of the biggest productions in the world, we want to hear from you!
HGV Driver (Warehouse Operations)

Studios Leavesden is looking for a proactive and reliable HGV Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our Set Lighting Department. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing lighting equipment for our Production Rentals clients, making sure everything is in top condition and ready to hit the set. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that plays a vital role in supporting world-class productions from start to finish.

Waste and Recycling Assistant

Studios Leavesden is looking for a dedicated and proactive Waste & Recycling Operative to join our Facilities team and play a vital role in maintaining the studio’s world-class environment. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the entire WBSL site, including roadways, drains, and pathways, is kept safe and free from litter. As a key member of three lively teams, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating and delivering a variety of workstreams that keep our studio running smoothly. Assistant Lead Electrician
Are you a qualified electrician and looking for an environment where your skills can truly make a difference? Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is looking for a confident and organised Assistant Lead Electrician to help lead the charge in maintaining, modifying, and installing electrical systems across our iconic studio site. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Lead Electrician in managing a skilled team of electricians and coordinating subcontractors who maintain critical WB assets. You’ll be the go-to person for monitoring productivity and ensuring safe working practices are upheld across the board.
