GENERAL

All visitors and employees must comply with these Terms and all other WBD policies and procedures at all times, including but not limited to, WBSL’s drugs, alcohol, search, abusive and anti-social behaviour and confidentiality policies.

WBSL reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Consult [www.wbsl.com/terms] for further updates.

ACCESS

A valid WBSL pass is necessary at all times for walk-on and drive-on access as applicable.

Passes are non-transferrable/non-saleable, remain the property of WBSL and must be shown if requested at all times.

No more than one passholder is permitted through access control turnstiles at a time and the named passholder must use the pass issued in their name for such access.

Access on site is a privilege and it may be revoked at any time.

VEHICLES

Driving on site is subject to all applicable road traffic laws and regulations at all times.

Drive-on access must be obtained in advance through WBSL’s on-lot application process.

Segways, electric scooters, skateboards, hover boards and any other mechanically propelled equipment, other than electric vehicles and golf buggies/gators, are prohibited anywhere on site.

Parking is permitted in the multi-storey car park or designated on-lot parking (where on-lot access has been granted by WBSL), subject to WBSL parking terms.

Golf buggies/gators/other motorised vehicles permitted on site may only be driven by those (a) 18 years old or above, and (b) who hold a full driver’s licence or applicable licence for the relevant vehicle.

The maximum speed limit on site is 10mph. This is reduced to 5mph in the multi-function area.

LIABILITY

WBSL is not liable for personal injury (save where resulting from WBSL’s negligence), property damage, theft or loss suffered on site.

PETS

No pets are permitted on site without prior written approval from WBSL. Authorised pets remain subject to WBSL pets on site policy at all times.

WORK PERMITS

Work permits are required from Studio Operations and Facilities for hot works (including smoke/pyrotechnics), breaking ground, stage power isolation and sprinkler isolation.

Each work permit issued is subject to the further terms and conditions set out on the relevant permit.

DRONES/UNMANNED AIRCRAFT  

No drones or unmanned aircrafts are permitted on site without prior written approval from WBSL.

SECURITY

This site has security 24/7 and is monitored by CCTV (in accordance with WBSL’s CCTV policy).

Security may request to search individuals, their belongings or their vehicles where it has reasonable cause to do so. Failure to cooperate with such request(s) may result in removal of individuals and/or vehicles from site/restriction of site access/further involvement of law enforcement.

AGRESSIVE, ABUSIVE AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

WBSL operates a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive and anti-social behaviour on site and any breach will be escalated accordingly.

SMOKING, DRUGS AND ALCOHOL

No smoking/e-cigarettes/vaping within any site buildings, all areas under cover, restricted areas or areas within 5 metres of any pedestrian doorway.

WBSL operates a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of drugs or alcohol on site and any breach will be escalated in accordance with WBSL’s Drugs and Alcohol policy.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All applicable health and safety laws, regulations as well as our health and safety policies must be adhered to at all times.

PRODUCTION SPACES

In addition to these Terms, additional production specific rules (as may be determined by the relevant production) may apply to productions specific spaces on site.

CONFIDENTIALITY/PHOTOGRAPHY/ RECORDING

All duties of confidentiality must be adhered to on site at all times as further detailed in the appropriate NDA or other documentation signed prior to or at the point of entry.

Photography, recording or any form of image/sound capturing (e.g. film, video, digital, audio, etc.) on site without the prior written approval of WBSL is strictly prohibited.

BREACH

Anyone found in breach of these Terms may be removed from site / denied further access to site and may be subject to further action by WBSL.
