Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is a world-class production facility. As well as the film studios, our site is home to a set lighting and rigging department, plus a sound and picture post-production facility. Over the past ten years we’ve been consistently reinvesting in our site and facilities, to ensure that we can better accommodate film and TV productions – and help support the UK film and TV production industry.
Thousands of young people know us as the home of the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. Visitors can discover the original sets, props and costumes of all eight Harry Potter films, and go behind the scenes to see how the books were brought to life on screen. The hugely successful Studio Tour includes an award-winning education programme, which meets the UK national curriculum’s learning objectives. It’s a fantastic way to help children discover the extraordinary artistry, technology and talent that went into creating the series.
Our people are the lifeblood of our business and are crucial to the success of the Studio and Studio Tour. They work in a huge variety of different roles from sales to security, finance to facilities, cleaning to communications, and all bring different skillsets to our team. We’re proud that 60% of our people live locally to the Studio and we are committed to helping shape a new generation of homegrown talent and introducing them to careers within the creative industries.
